The hotel offers a comfortable and affordable stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is convenient since it is close to restaurants and shopping malls. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they allowed us to check-in early as we had requested. We enjoyed the delicious room service dinner and the breakfast spread offered was also good.
There were a few downsides as well. The Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was poor and we had to go to the lobby for better access.

Best aspects of my Xmas stay were the cozy rooms and delicious breakfast. The hotel’s location was also convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful in accommodating our needs.
The slow Wi-Fi and noise from the street. The room was not completely soundproof, and it was hard to sleep with the sounds of traffic. The Wi-Fi also failed to work properly during our stay which hampered our web-based international Christmas greetings.
